ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
What you will learn and experience
“Strong Bones – Strong You”
Evidence shows us that aging starts in our legs. Considering how important the ability to move is, it is clever to follow the
“PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE” philosophy.
As oestrogen levels decline, our bones deserve extra nourishment. Join us to explore how food can strengthen, protect, and support your skeletal health — delicious recipes, simple techniques, and plenty of science-based guidance included.
Tickets include a 3 hour class, including a sit-down lunch. A recipe folder to take home to help you put your new confidence for bone-healthy cooking into practice.
I can’t wait to share this fascinating subject with you!
