Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 31/10/2026

These Terms explain how purchases, meal collections and workshop bookings work at Foodworx.

FOODWORX COACHING and  Foodworx is operated by PROSSER, FRANZISKA, ABN 57 549 771 699, referred to in these Terms as “Foodworx”, “we”, “us” and “our”.

Please read these Terms before placing an order or booking a workshop.

1. Orders, payments and pricing

Please check your selections, quantities, booking dates and contact details before paying. Contact us promptly if something needs correcting.

Prices are in Australian dollars. Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Product stock and workshop places are limited. If we cannot supply something you have paid for, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative with your agreement or a refund for the unavailable item or booking.

Price changes apply to future purchases, not orders already accepted.

2. Products and meal boxes

Available meals and other products may change as our menu changes. Each product listing describes what is included and any relevant selection requirements.

When building a meal box, please follow the quantities and category requirements shown for that box. Its price and inclusions are those displayed when you order.

Category icons and illustrative images may not show the exact appearance of a meal or its packaging. Products must still match their description.

We will not replace an ordered item with a different product without your agreement.

3. Pickup, transport and storage

Orders are for pickup from Wamberal unless another option is expressly offered at checkout. Follow the collection arrangements provided with your order or separately agreed with us.

If you cannot collect as arranged, please contact us as soon as possible.

After collection, transport and store food according to the product instructions. Keep chilled or frozen products at the appropriate temperature and follow all use-by, thawing and heating instructions.

These responsibilities do not remove your rights if a product was unsafe or otherwise defective when supplied.

4. Ingredients, allergens and dietary requirements

Plant based food is not automatically free from allergens.

Please review the ingredient and allergen information for each product. Contact us before ordering or booking if you have an allergy, intolerance or other dietary requirement so we can discuss whether the product or class is suitable.

Dietary badges, including gluten-free or nut-free claims, apply only to the products identified with those claims. They do not describe every product or workshop.

If information on a product label differs from the website, or you are unsure whether a product is suitable, contact us before consuming it.

5. Meal order changes and cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel an order because your plans have changed, contact us promptly. We will let you know whether a change is possible.

This change-of-mind policy is separate from your rights where an order is faulty, unsafe, incorrect or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

6. Cooking classes and workshops

Please check the workshop description for its date, time, venue, inclusions and any age or participation requirements. Unless the listing states otherwise, each place purchased admits one participant.

Contact us before booking about dietary or accessibility requirements so we can discuss available arrangements.

Cooking activities can involve knives, hot equipment and other kitchen hazards. Please follow the instructor’s safety directions and any participation requirements communicated before the class.

General food and nutrition information shared during workshops is educational and is not individual medical advice.

7. Workshop cancellations, transfers and changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

If we cancel a workshop, or make a significant change to its date, location or content that you do not accept, we will offer a refund or an alternative booking with your agreement. You will not be required to accept a credit instead of a refund.

Nothing in this section limits any additional remedy available under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Problems, refunds and consumer rights

If there is a problem with your purchase or booking, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Photographs and packaging details can help us assess a food concern, where reasonably available. Do not consume food you believe may be unsafe.

Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

Where a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation, depending on the circumstances.

These rights apply independently of our change-of-mind and cancellation policies.

9. Private and hospitality workshops

Private or hospitality workshop bookings may have additional conditions in an agreed written quote or booking proposal. These will be provided before you accept the booking.

Any additional conditions are subject to your rights under applicable consumer law.

10. Website and workshop materials

Please use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when ordering, booking or contacting us.

Website content and workshop materials may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may use workshop materials for the purpose for which they are supplied. Reproduction or redistribution of protected material requires permission unless permitted by law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website, orders, bookings and enquiries.

12. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future purchases and website use. The updated version will show a revised publication date.

The Terms accepted when you placed an order or booking continue to apply to that purchase unless a change is agreed with you or required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and applicable Australian laws, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.

13. Contact

For order enquiries, booking changes, complaints or questions about these Terms, please contact Foodworx using the details on our Contact page.
